Loyalty

Loyalty

Loyalty is a key ingredient in human relationships, personal and professional.

When the B & H are both around 0 or higher on the profile, the person will be very loyal to your operation.  When these go low, they tend to be loyal to their own agendas.  This is OK if their agenda matches yours, and horrible if it doesn’t.

These people with low B and H will be continually “setting their own policies” to make their agenda happen.  They are not co-operative with agendas that do not align.

I the case where the founder of a group is the one with the lower B and H it all works because it is HIS policies that are being set and with which everyone else must align,  as they will be closely monitored to this alignment.  Particularly if his G Trait is also low.

Finding creative people who “think on their feet” will not be attracted to a rigid format and will – with E higher than D – tend to feel contained and pressured. These “higher E’s” will get bored more easily when the predictability of the environment is too much.  The ideal working environment (or living condition, for that matter) is when 50% of the environment is pre diced and 50% is unpredicted.  This presents stability AND a challenge.

When it goes 80% predicted/and 20% unpredicted, you will find the natural impulse to balance the randomity. Employees who enjoy this environment are quite robotic and lack initiative – which is precisely what their employers want! (The government and Military, for example).

People with E’s higher than the D trait enjoy more freedom to operate and would seek to change things around.  The same is true in an environment where 20% is predicted and 80% unpredicted.  People with higher E’s will naturally seek to balance this equation.

Using the PXP to divine the issues in relationships is a thrilling activity and gets to the heart of the matter quickly!

I hope you find this useful in your evaluations!
